How much is the photographer fee?

The photographer fee is for professional and amateur photographers. Booked photo sessions vary in total price and a required deposit of $50 is due at the time of booking to reserve a spot. However, you may pay in full at the time of booking your session if you would like too. All session pricing below is per photographer and that photographer can host up to 4 client families per hour.

Can I bring props?

You may bring in props that are small enough to carry in from the parking lot. Sorry, but we do not allow you to drive onto the property to drop off props.

I'm not a professional photographer. Can I take my own photos?

Professional and amateur photographers may book photo sessions at our farm, rates do apply. An "amateur" photographer is defined as one who shoots photos with professional camera equipment with the intent of delivering them to a client or friend/family member, whether for profit or not. However, families are welcome to use their cell phones for pictures at the farm any time free of charge.

I only need 30 mins or 1 hour 30 minute session, can I schedule that type of session?

All photo sessions are scheduled in full hour increments only. Therefore, if you need 1 and half hours for your appointment then book one of our 2 hour appointments or higher.

What if I go over my allotted time?

If you run over your allotted time you will be charged an additional fee per our photography agreement that you sign before your scheduled appointment.

How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

You can call, email, or visit your customer portal on the website to cancel or reschedule your appointment date. However, cancelations must be done two weeks prior to your scheduled appointment date.

Can I bring another photographer with me during my session?

Photo sessions may not be split between two or more photographers. The farm may be booked by other photographers at the during time of your session.
